Scope Of The Study:

The scope of study audit will be with specific reference to the Following:

Policy, Strategy & goals.
Review of the existing safety system as per the requirement of the applicable statutes and suggest suitable preventive measures.
Identifications of potential risk like Fire/Explosions/Toxic Release/ Electrical Hazards/ Material Handling Health Safety which are likely to threaten the operation of the organization and suggesting suitable control measures for minimization of risk.
Evaluation of existing health and safety protection systems like First Aid PPE Appliances, Hydrant System, Electrical safety appliances
Identifying potential hazards that cause work injury and assessing the system and procedures for work injury prevention.
Providing guidelines for the preparation of contingency plan or review of existing plan, if any, and offer suggestion for improvements. Val

Methodology & Process

Detailed questionnaire or checklist relevant to the study shall be provided to clientrequired during safety Audit.
Prism EHS Centre will study the review the documents before making a site visit.
The team may request for additional information as may be required during the site study.
Prism EHS Centre team’s visit to premises to study activities, operations, equipment, materials and storage, etc.
Discussions with the management on major findings and issues during the site visit.
Research by professional and experience EHS personal including specific input of client
Preparation and submission of the report.

Report Preparation

Two copies of confidential report on the Audit will be submitted within 2-3 weeks from the site visit and receipt of all information required by Prism EHS Centrein connection with the study. However, it would be possible to be sent, within 1-2 weeks after the site visit, a report containing salient observations and recommendations of the team.
