Resistance meter received. Measurement method (2-wire/4-wire/Kelvin), resistance ranges, and test current documented.
NABL-traceable precision reference resistors connected in 2-wire or 4-wire Kelvin configuration per instrument design.
Resistance calibrated at 5 setpoints per range spanning decades: 1 Ω, 10 Ω, 100 Ω, 1 kΩ, 10 kΩ etc. 4-terminal method used where applicable.
For LCR meters: resistance function verified at each available test frequency (100 Hz through 1 MHz). Inductance and capacitance verified separately.
Error at each calibration point documented. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) per GUM. Results compared to manufacturer specification.
