— OUR PROCESS —
Universal calibrator received. All active output functions (V DC, V AC, I DC, I AC, Ω, Hz, TC types, RTD types) inventoried against calibration scope.
NABL-traceable primary measurement standards connected to measure/verify each calibrator output: precision voltmeter, ammeter, resistance standard, frequency counter, mV source.
Each output function calibrated at 5 setpoints per range. DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, resistance, frequency, TC mV, and RTD resistance all calibrated in sequence.
TC mV output at 5 temperature points per TC type compared to IEC 60584 mV table. RTD resistance at 5 points compared to IEC 60751 resistance table.
Error at each setpoint for all functions. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) per GUM. Certificate lists results for each function with traceability chain.
