Reference DP controller applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS to high port with low port at reference. As-found readings logged.
Zero set with both ports equalized. Span corrected at full scale. Pointer alignment verified.
Ascending and descending 5-point pass. Hysteresis checked. Cleanroom DP gauges verified for low-pressure linearity.
Post-adjustment readings at all 5 points. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
