— WHAT IS MAGNEHELIC GAUGE CALIBRATION —
Think of a quality lab that relies on a magnehelic gauge for daily measurements. If it has drifted even slightly from its true value, every reading becomes unreliable — leading to defective products, failed audits, or safety risks. Regular calibration is the only way to confirm your instrument is telling the truth.
Magnehelic Gauge calibration means comparing its readings against a NABL-traceable certified reference standard at multiple test points, recording the deviations, adjusting where possible, and issuing an NABL certificate — accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and all quality auditors.
Compare readings against a NABL-traceable reference standard across the full measurement range.
Adjust or document deviations so your instrument reads within accepted tolerance.
Issue a NABL-accredited certificate (CC-2480) with full traceability documentation.

Dwyer Magnehelic differential pressure gauges for HVAC and cleanroom applications.
Low-range Magnehelic gauges for very low DP measurement from 0–1 in WC.
High-range Magnehelic gauges for higher differential pressure applications.
Inclined-vertical manometers for low-pressure measurement with dual scale.
Digital Magnehelic indicators with electronic display and output options.
Filter differential pressure indicators for air filter monitoring and replacement alerts.
— OUR PROCESS —
Magnehelic gauge received, tagged. Range, make (Dwyer/equivalent), and mounting noted. Physical condition documented.
Traceable low-pressure reference applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS to high port, low port vented to atmosphere. As-found readings recorded.
Zero set with both ports equalized at atmosphere. Pointer/display aligned. Zero drift noted.
Ascending and descending 5-point readings. Linearity error and hysteresis calculated per ISO 5171.
Post-adjustment readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left data, uncertainty, ISO 5171 / ASHRAE 52.2 traceability.

Prism holds NABL CC-2480 under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Magnehelic gauge certificates accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP/FDA, ISO 14644 cleanroom, IBR, and PESO auditors.
— NON-NABL CALIBRATION —
Routine maintenance calibration without NABL certification — same engineers, same low-pressure reference, lower cost.
All calibrations traceable to NPL via low-pressure reference — only certificate type differs.
Non-NABL Magnehelic jobs faster — ideal for large HVAC batch calibrations.
Lower cost than NABL — right for utility Magnehelic gauges and non-critical HVAC.
Portable low-pressure reference to your plant — same team, same quality across Gujarat.
