Wrench received, tagged. Mechanism, ratchet, scale/display, and drive socket inspected for wear and damage.
Three pre-loading cycles at 100% of rated torque performed before measurement per ISO 6789-2 requirements.
Torque applied at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% of rated scale using certified torque analyser. Three sets per point.
Clockwise (standard) and anti-clockwise measurements for reversible wrenches. Each direction verified separately.
Mean value, relative systematic deviation, and coefficient of variation calculated per ISO 6789-2 Annex B.
